Kathleen M. Zacher

	Kathleen M. Zacher, age 69, of Pinckneyville, died in St. Elizabeth Hospital in Belleville, Ill. on Wednesday, November 7, 2001.
	Kathleen was born in Murphysboro on May 18, 1932, the daughter of George and Anna Marie (Albers) Zacher.  She worked at the Pinckneyville Garment Factory from 1951 until its closing.  She also worked as an office manager and emergency medical technician for the Pinckneyville Ambulance Service.  She was a member of the St. Bruno Catholic Church, St. Bruno School Board and the American Ambulance Association.
	Survivors include her sister, Georgia Zacher of Pinckneyville; two aunts, Viola Albers of Texas and Thelma Albers of Indiana; several cousins, including Robert Zacher and wife Ruth of St. Louis, Mo., Rose Mary Poiter of Pinckneyville and Marlene Wolfe and husband Merrill of DuQuoin; special friends, Helen D. Timpner of Pinckneyville, Phyllis Epplin of Pinckneyville and her extended family at the Pinckneyville Ambulance Service.
	She was preceded in death by her parents; an infant brother; one aunt and five uncles, including Harry J. Zacher and Arthur C. Zacher.
	Funeral services were held on Saturday, November 10 at 10 a.m. in the St. Bruno Catholic Church with Father John Venegoni officiating.  Interment was in the St. Bruno Catholic Cemetery.
	Visitation was at the Pyatt-Harrawood Funeral Home on Friday, November 9 from 5 to 9 p.m. and on Saturday from 8 until 9:15 a.m.  The Rosary was said at 9 a.mm. on Saturday morning.
	Memorials may be made to the Pinckneyville Ambulance Service or St. Bruno School.
